Define: Five Minute Fridays

Prompt for this week – DEFINE. 5 minutes to write. Go.

On hearing the word “define” I thought about how I am so different than I was 15 years ago.

Christ has defined me.

He has made me new. He has given me purpose. He does define me.

Before Christ, I enjoyed my life. But I had come to a point of asking – “What am I here for?”

That was the defining moment.

When I asked the question God led me on a curious root to find the answer. Who am I? What is my purpose?

We can all look at pivotal points in our lives. Ones that really stand out because we changed. And I have changed. I am no longer anxious, angry or always wanting control. I work on each of those areas every day. But I am much better at conquering them than I used to be.
