Finding Fun in Painting and Haiku

I am finding it encouraging to paint pictures and write Haiku

I love writing Haiku because my thoughts are short but go right to the heart of the matter.

My paintings are becoming looser as I let God help me relax and let the paint flow.

I have heard many people say they can’t paint but I love this quote:

“If you hear a voice within you say you cannot paint, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.”
― Vincent Willem van Gogh
