Sunday Stillness – S.E.E.K.

Welcome to Sunday Stillness. Know that Sunday is for seeking God. Take time today to spend time alone with Him. Lay all your concerns. Praise Him for Who He is. Thank Him for all He has done and is doing in your life.

Seek – I looked out my window the other day and there was our jack rabbit, busy eating his morning’s breakfast. I took the picture but he is very hard to see beside the rock.

You, God, are my God,
earnestly I seek you;
I thirst for you,
my whole being longs for you,
in a dry and parched land
where there is no water. (Psalm 63:1, NIV).

Jesus tells us to seek God with all our hearts. He can bring all the peace, the joy and the strength needed for this world.

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well (Matthew 6:33, NIV).
