Sunday Stillness – LISTEN

LISTENThinking today of how much I don’t listen to God. How I get going with things and forget – oh yes Lord – what do you think? Then this acronym came to me. I loved the chairs I found at PicMonkey – just what I needed to sit and reflect on His Word.

  12. What a terrific acronym, Janis! I need the reminder – too often I lose sight and the discipline to seek His will first. May I save a copy of your image for my personal prayer folder? I think I’ll need to refer to these statements often! Blessings to you!

      We all lose sight of that – and go off on our own. As soon as I return to the Source – we are blessed beyond measure. Certainly take a copy – these are to be shared.

    Just this week I was asking our Pappa what if I don’t hear when He talks to me and He assured me that He makes certain we hear Him when we need to listen! After all, He spoke the world into being.

      I know that feeling – but we sometimes put that barrier in place – with our thoughts. Let’s agree that He is listening and He does hear us, and that way we become stronger and Satan never gets a foothold.
